Lexi Quolas-Miller, was born in Ventura, Ca June 10, 1992. At three years of age, she started her journey with the arts by performing, costuming, and makeup application. Unfortunately 5 years later, a mysterious illness, that would later be diagnosed as Convulsive Syncope 21 years later, would end that journey. After an emotional defeat, Quolas would then start drawing; her love of art would continue through education ventures as she attended college at Ventura Community College in 2010.

In 2011, she created a small business, Perfect Sin Beauty, to work as a makeup artist that emphasized in special effects makeup, while in college to earn a small income during her studies. She then graduated in 2013 with an AA degree in Arts & Humanities, and transferred to California State University, Northridge and gained a Bachelor’s degree in Art, emphasizing in Drawing in 2015.

Between the years of 2015-2020, Quolas would focus her interests in makeup artistry and collaborate with photographers, directors, and music artists to create various films, collections, and videos. In turn, Quolas would develop a filmography featured on IMBD.com and be nominated for various awards like 2015 RAWartist SoCal Semi-finals: Makeup artist of the year.

In 2021, Quolas returned to Ventura College, as her interests shifted and she wanted to showcase her attraction for macabre themes. Quolas had little experience with photography, but previously purchased her first professional DSLR camera in 2020 and started experimenting with subjects and editing programs, like Lightroom and photoshop. She first started with boudoir photography; however, her work evolved to using her experience with makeup application and photo manipulation to create unique compositions that were quite taboo.

By 2023, Quolas will have added two more degrees, an AA in Photography and an AS in Social Media Marketing, to her achievements, thus continuing a career in photography that captures her love of makeup and dark subjects.
